I integrate traditional talk therapy techniques with somatic experiencing, a body-centered approach to psychotherapy. By paying close attention to bodily sensations, movements, and gestures, we can unlock deeply held emotions and release tension stored in the body. Together, we will explore how past experiences may be manifesting in your body today, and work towards healing and transformation. I offer individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals.
