Veronica Sanchez-Leon, LCSW

I'm Veronica, a dedicated list-maker extraordinaire! While I absolutely love making lists to keep my life in order, I'll admit, sticking to them is sometimes a bit of a challenge. I blame it on the delightful chaos of parenting three wonderful kiddos while striving to maintain some semblance of organization.

As a true introvert, I thrive on those quiet moments that allow me to recharge my batteries. I have slowly discovered the joy of connecting with others, even if it occasionally feels like a bit of a chore!

Being a first-generation Mexican American, family holds an incredibly special place in my heart. But, let's be real, blending two different cultures can be quite the challenge! Balancing traditions while staying true to myself isn't always easy, but it's a journey I'm happily navigating.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I have worked in variety of settings and have experience working with people with depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and trauma. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University back in 2017.
